Being a first-time homebuyer who had very little idea of she wanted, Cari asked a lot of great questions to help me focus on what it was that I really wanted out of my first home, and she was always quick to respond whenever I had any questions. We looked at A LOT of homes, and she gave me very honest opinions about things that I never would have considered such as roof quality and plumbing. When I finally decided on a new construction, I was very pleased with the way that she fought for me to get the builder to throw in some very nice upgrades, and I appreciated all of her help with selecting my interior. My fiancé and I were both living across the country from one another and trying to look for our future home in the Sacramento area. I can’t even begin to explain the obstacles we faced during this process. We had differing points of views, unfamiliarity with the surrounding neighborhoods, and basically no idea where to start! Cari helped us with all of these aspects and then some. She was extremely knowledgeable about the homes and neighborhoods, very professional, enthusiastic, and PATIENT!

To sum it all up, to this day we have no idea how Cari managed to do what she did. I recently bought my first home in West Sacramento and I had a great time working with Cari. I didn’t know anything about buying or looking for a house so when my mom’s friend’s daughter who had just bought a home in West Sacramento spoke highly of Cari I gave her a call. I was really nervous and unsure about the process but Cari was quick to set up a meeting to go over the process, financing and cover any questions that I had. She asked me a lot of questions to get to know me and find out where I wanted to live and what I wanted in my first home. I had a long list of requirements and she was really patient every time I changed my mind or came up with a crazy request. Cari was quick to send me listings that met my requirements, which was great because she knows a lot more about the Sacramento area than I do. She was flexible when it came to looking at houses; we went looking on weekends, during my lunch hour and after work. I never felt pressured to look at a house I didn’t want to look at or make an offer on a home I wasn’t really sure about.

Cari understood what was important to me in my first home and I am so happy with my purchase. I never felt alone through the process she even came with me to sign papers so I didn’t have to do it alone.

The first day I moved I was thrilled to see families walking around the neighborhood, kids on bikes and my neighbors even came over to introduce themselves!
