Our role as a Buyer's Agent is to inform and educate you at every step of the process and here's what you can expect us to do:
- find the right property based on your input and criteria (new or resale)
- determine appropriate pricing (based on market, trends and comparables)
- negotiate the lowest possible price and most favorable terms
- prepare/review contract, disclosures, title reports, natural hazard reports, and pest reports
- ensure terms are agreeable
- oversee execution of the contract as agreed and coordinate the escrow
- review and advise you on your lender's good faith estimate
- order home warranty
- schedule inspections and repairs, if any
- review preliminary closing costs statement and attend signing
- deliver keys!

-prepare a listing agreement that works for everyone

-bring buyers to your see your home and deal effectively with Realtors from other agencies
-inform you of progress at every step in the process, minimum of weekly updates
-present ALL offers and explain the pros and cons of each offer
-sell your home for the highest amount possible as fast as possible
-help you transition into your new home!
