Before I entered the Real Estate profession, I was a Yolo County Analyst and, before that, a Housing Analyst for Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency. With a background in Planning and Housing, I have knowledge of how to create subdivisions and special districts, as well as landlord and tenant rights. Furthermore, I have served on multiple labor contract negotiating committees.

 

 

 

 

 

I've used the skills learned in my previous occupations, especially analysis and negotiating. I have a degree in Social Work that often comes into play. The home buying and selling process can be stressfull. Recognizing how to help people cope with change and stress has been invaluable to my clients.

 

 

 

I am a California State Licensed Real Estate Broker, which requires advanced education in Real Estate as well as passing the California Brokers Exam, which is very difficult (the reason so few Realtors have a Brokers License). I am RETI certified (Real Estate Training Institute). A small fraction of active Realtors have earned this designation which offers in depth training in the following topics: Listing Agreements, Ethics, Offers and Negotiation, The CAR Purchase Agreement, Financing Programs, Title and Escrow, Natural Hazards Disclosure and Essentials of Structural Pest Control/Home Inspections.
